What sizes does Quava carry?

Quava carries sizes from XL to 10XL across all collections. Every piece is designed and proportioned for the full range — not scaled up as an afterthought. Our size guide with bust, waist, and hip measurements is available on each product page.

How do I know which size to pick?

We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips and comparing with our size chart. For silhouettes that are more fitted, size up for comfort. Still unsure? Drop us a message on Instagram or email — our team loves helping you find your perfect fit.

Are your prints and cuts designed differently for different sizes?

Absolutely — this is our obsession. Print scale, placement at the bust and hip, and hemline falls are all adjusted per size range. You won't find a shrunken small print on a larger size here. The visual balance is always intentional.

Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery across India takes 5–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse by contacting Customer Support at hello@houseofquava.com or WhatsApp at +91 7208336760. After that, your order moves into fulfilment. Reach us quickly at info.houseofquava@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.

What is your return policy?

No Refund Policy
All sales made on the Website are FINAL. We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances once a product has been shipped, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Items purchased during sale events, flash sales, or on special discounts.
  • Items that do not meet your subjective style expectations.

By placing an order on our Website, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this No Refund Policy.

What is your exchange policy?

5-Day Window

Because we understand that finding the right fit in plus-size fashion can be a journey, we offer a ONE-TIME size or style exchange within 5 (five) calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions.

In case of a price difference, the balance amount will be payable by the customer, or any excess amount will be refunded accordingly.

  • Exchange Window: 5 calendar days from the date of delivery
  • Exchange Type: Different size of the same style or another style
  • Frequency: ONE-TIME per order item

What fabrics does Quava use?

Our fabrics are chosen for how they drape, move, and feel — not just how they look on a hanger. Each product page lists the exact fabric and care instructions.

How do I care for my Quava pieces?

To keep colours vivid and fabric alive: cold machine wash or hand wash, inside out. Avoid bleach. Air dry in shade. Our tropical colours are built to last — treat them gently and they'll reward you every wear.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some of our bestsellers do come back, but most pieces are limited runs by design. Hit "Notify Me" on any sold-out product and you'll be first to know. Follow us on Instagram for restock drops — those sell out fast.
