Refund policy


1. No Refund Policy

  • All sales are final.
  • No monetary refunds are provided after a product is shipped.
  • This includes:
    • Change of mind
    • Personal preference
    • Discounted/sale items
    • Style expectations mismatch

2. Exchange Policy (5-Day Window)

  • One-time exchange allowed within 5 days of delivery.
  • Exchange can be for:
    • Different size of same style
    • Different style

Price Difference:

  • Customer pays extra if higher price
  • Excess amount refunded if lower price

3. Exchange Eligibility Conditions

All conditions must be met:

  • Request raised within 5 days of delivery
  • Item must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • With original tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging with invoice
  • No stains, damage, perfume marks, or usage signs
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Unboxing video/photo may be required

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale/discounted items
  • Innerwear, shapewear, swimwear, bodysuits
  • Accessories (jewellery, bags, belts, etc.)
  • Customized or altered products
  • Gift cards/vouchers
  • Used or damaged products

5. Exchange Process

  1. Contact via email or WhatsApp within 5 days
  2. Share product images with tags and reason
  3. Eligibility confirmed within 2 business days
  4. Reverse pickup arranged (charges may apply)
  5. Replacement shipped within 3–5 business days after return is received
  • If size unavailable → Store Credit issued (valid for 6 months)

6. Damaged / Defective Products

  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Order ID
    • Photos
    • Unboxing video (mandatory)

Resolution:

  • Replacement provided at no cost
  • If unavailable → Store Credit issued
